By using ZipCab services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation experience for all our users. Please ensure that you are familiar with these terms before booking a ride through our platform.
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy: Rides can be booked through the ZipCab app or website. We offer flexible cancellation options, but any cancellations made within 15 minutes of the scheduled ride may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations can also result in charges to compensate our drivers for their time.
2. Payment Terms: Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or digital wallets. Our pricing is transparent, and the estimated fare will be shown before confirming the ride. Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, or peak-hour rides. A receipt will be provided after every trip.
3. Driver Conduct: All drivers working with ZipCab are required to meet our stringent standards for professionalism and courtesy. In case of any misconduct, please report it through our customer service, and appropriate action will be taken.
4. Safety Guidelines: Your safety is our top priority. All vehicles undergo regular inspections, and our drivers are carefully vetted. Passengers are encouraged to wear seatbelts at all times, and children under 12 must use child safety seats where applicable.
